Through the gates, you arrive in a private tropical paradise. Lush gardens and beautiful columned entry welcome you into a stylish villa with a breathtaking view. As your eye wanders through the cool interiors to the covered terrace, your eye draws you to the azure Caribbean Sea and brilliant blue sky. Between the interior and sea is a fabulous, very unique double pool that combines a large horizontal infinity pool set with a beautiful oversized vertical lap pool that almost disappears into the sea. Surrounding this oasis is a glorious garden filled with palms, tropical shrubs and flowers.

The outdoor spaces seamlessly flow from the interiors to the large poolside terrace, visually connected by soft taupe and faux wood tiles underfoot and beautiful columns that separate the covered loggias from the open deck. The spacious terraces provide lots of cover for al-fresco dining and lounging.

Each interior room has a sea view. The large open plan great room, fully open to the terrace by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, has a serene attitude. Comfortable seating in taupe with soft pops of color is accented with light woods and interesting accessories. Arched doors and windows add an exotic touch. The beautiful French country style kitchen looks out to the sea and the pool area. It’s an inviting space for a professional or amateur chef.

Three equal size bedrooms are on the upper level on either side of the great room each with a sea and garden view. The attitude is softly modern in rich neutral tones accented with interesting art, charming touches and comfortable furniture. The en-suite bathrooms are simply beautiful in exotic mosaic tiles, granite counter tops, flattering lighting and stylish cabinetry. The very private fourth bedroom is on the lower level with a large private terrace; the view encompasses the lush garden. The colorful en-suite bathroom is outfitted in exotic Moroccan blue tiles.

You are close to amenities. Two minutes to Baie Nettle’s culinary stars Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. Wonderful gourmet food and wine stores are just a short drive in Cupecoy along with the Starz Casino and fine dining options Escape and Temptation. A short 15-minute drive and you are at the International airport or the nightlife of Maho. The French Capital, Marigot, is only 15 minutes from the villa where you can enjoy Duty Free shopping, boutiques, bakeries and the Creole Market.
