Amber is one of the most elegant and stylish villas in Terres Basses.

The gorgeous tropical garden lined driveway delivers you to the beautiful front door, an entrance reminiscent of villas in Provence. Dazzling views and a chic interior greet you as you step inside.
It is a well thought out home. In front of you are the stunning views of the sea, Anguilla and mountains. The spacious and airy living room is decorated with custom painted cabinetry filled with well selected objects, antique furniture, soft beige travertine tile flooring and beautiful upholstered seating in white and tan. The attitude is inviting and serene.

The wide covered deck is filled with beautiful plantings and seating niches carefully positioned to create privacy. The heated endless pool flows seamlessly into the sea view. Elegant ironwork and columns blend with the terracotta tile roof creating a true French Caribbean exterior style. The kitchen, in soft painted whites and tan marble, reflects the villa's Provence attitude. Just off the kitchen is the interior dining area; beyond is outdoor dining with views of the sea.

The four bedrooms are as elegant as the main villa. Each stylish room is decorated in beautiful French fabrics in soothing color tones; each one a comfortable oasis. The large bathrooms all feature painted wood and tan marble for a softer spa style attitude. One, on the upper level, connects to the living room; two upper level rooms are off the pool. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level accessed by a private walkway surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage. The views are stunning.

Although secluded, you are close to amenities. It is a short drive to the beaches and to Baie Nettle's new culinary stars; Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. You are five minutes to the airport. In 10 minute you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case or Philipsburg's shopping haven.

Can be rented as a 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa. The owners bedroom is only available when the villa is rented as a four bedroom villa .
