Round Lake is known for being the gem of the Gull chain. Large enough to accomadate all but the largest boats, but yet small enough to avoid the rough water of larger lakes. Round interconnects with Gull Lake allowing you to boat to many of the fine restaurants on the chain with mooring facilities. Round Lake is known for its water clarity, hard sand bottom and few weeds. Truly a premier water recreation lake.
Just 40 feet from the water's edge, the beach house boasts expansive views whether from the balcony, living room, kitchen or loft. Imagine yourself relaxing on the balcony while watching the sun setting across the water.
The swimming beach is 25 feet deep and nearly 75 feet wide. Swim raft, Water slide, canoe, paddle boat, swim tubes, and life jackets, are included.
The beach house was totally re-constructed for the 2011 season. Being new from the foundation up, you'd expect all the usual amenities but this vacation property is loaded with extras. Such as heated floors, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets and trim, and a 60 inch HD home theatre system with blu-ray, DirecTV Satellite DVR, and access to the home server music library via satellite receiver and other components.
Log furniture is featured throughout the beach house. The livng room includes a queen sleeper sofa that is actually comfortable to sit on! The loft features a deluxe queen size bed that offers a spectacular view to awake to, through two huge trapezoid windows.
Unlike many beach houses, the bathroom is not a compromise on fixtures or size. It features a full sized combination bath-shower bay and a 48 inch vanity, again, topped in granite.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony features a private natural gas grille (no LP tanks to go empty).
