This nice furnished apartment is located in a residential area in Pescara town, close to the beach (90 metres only), great for summer holidays, in a central area at walking distance from the city high street (Kennedy Avenue), and a few meters from the park road "Strada Parco". (9 Km of pedestrian and cycles only park road). Outside is pine-lined and cool: this comfortable house has room for 4 to max 5 people, but may guest less people too.
For our guests we offer 100 sqm, with a large living room with TV and plenty of sofas, 2 large bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, 4 beds +2, corridor, separate garden, hall, closet, comfortable kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, safe, beach towels, bathroom towels.
Dining area provides an opportunity to relax or for a romantic dinner, as the apartment has an elegant and modern design with good furniture and high ceilings, for rooms plenty of natural light. Windows have shutters for more privacy and relax.
